Tomasz J Ochalski is an adjunct in Institute of Electron Technology in Warsaw. His main interest is optical properties of semiconductors and semiconducting compounds. Since nearly ten years he is using a number of modulation techniques to uncover semiconductor secretes. Sample of photoreflectance (PR), time resolved photoluminescence (TR PL) and thermoreflectance data are presented below.
Ania Wojcik-Jedlinska, she is an expert in high spatialy resolved photoluminescence.
Dorota Wawer is an assistant at Institute of Electron Technology in Warsaw. Her main field of interest is Thermoreflectance studies.
Kamil Pierscinski is the youngest team member. His work includes electroreflectance maesurements and numerical analysis of spectra by means of complex Airy functions model.
